“But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is alive and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?” (Matthew 6:30, ESV)
Grass can be used to kindle a fire, making its existence rather temporal and insignificant in the hierarchy of the value of things.
But take note of how much God does to care for the grass, watering it, decorating it with wildflowers, etc.
Why are you still worried? Don’t you know God will do more for you?

Hi Friend, the goal here is not to bombard your inbox with something you would not find helpful but to introduce everyone on my list to Crumbs from our Master’s Table. If this is not something you would be interested in receiving, let me encourage you to just delete the email rather than unsubscribe so you can continue receiving updates from scottpostma.net and/or the Poiema Podcast and Journal. Of course, if those are not of interest to you any longer, unsubscribing would solve that as well. In any case, if you would like to continue receiving Crumbs from our Master’s Table after today, please subscribe using this form.
